Regular Maintenance of Automatic Toilet Paper Machine

The toilet paper machine is an important equipment for the production of toilet paper. The machine will have certain wear and tear after using for a long time. In order to prolong the service life of the rewinder, we need to maintain the toilet paper machine regularly.

1. Before performing maintenance and inspection on the electrical components of the toilet paper machine, be sure to cut off the power supply, and wait until the monitor has no display and the main circuit power indicator light is off.

2. The voltage of the toilet paper machine should be stable, otherwise the motors will be damaged easily. Do not let the sundries fall between the steel roller and the wool roller.

3. When using the toilet roll machine, it is necessary to surround the machine every day before turning on the machine to check whether the position of the paper support conveyor belt is deviated. The deviation needs to be corrected at the first time (the belt should not be in contact with the yellow guard plate), and the paper support belt should be checked. Whether the main drive shaft roller and the yellow guard plate deviate, if the deviation needs to be corrected (correction position: the two cannot be in contact at any time, and the contact needs to be corrected).

4. The continuous running time of the toilet paper machine should be within 12 hours a day, and at the same time, ensure that the cooling water is clean and the water pump works normally, and the water spindle motor must not be short of water, and the cooling water should be replaced regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high. In winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, the cooling water in the water tank can be replaced with antifreeze.

5. Check whether the oil level of the nose gearbox is at the red line of the observation hole. If it is too low, you need to refuel or replace the oil to avoid unnecessary losses such as gear damage. (The new equipment starts to add gear oil to the gearbox for the first time when it runs at about 1/3 of the medium speed of the large axis paper, and it is not necessary to add more when the red line of the observation hole is reached. It is normally used for one month to two months, depending on the size of the output. Drain off the gearbox gear oil, start the second refueling, and replace it once every 3 to 5 months after the normal cycle of refueling).

6. Check the tail belt, if it is seriously worn, it needs to be replaced in time to avoid unnecessary losses.

7. After the machine has been used for a period of time, check the stability of the machine, the tightness of the fixing bolts, the tightness of the sprocket fixing jackscrew, etc. to keep the equipment running stably, without the bolts falling off and loosening.

8. All bearings, chains, gears, paper cutter runway on the toilet paper machine need to be filled with oil and grease during the first maintenance, in order to maintain a good operating environment of the equipment, check once every two weeks.

9. Regularly clean up dust, paper scraps, oil dirt, and the surrounding environment.

Regular maintenance of the toilet paper machine can greatly extend the service life and needs to be performed regularly.
