Kitchen Roll Production Line

The kitchen roll production line is designed to produce and pack kitchen rolls. The whole line includes a rewinding machine, a band saw cutting machine, a collocating conveyor, a label feeder and a shrink packing machine.

Rewinding machine: emboss, make perforations, feed paper cores, cut and seal rolls

Band saw cutting machine: hold and cut long rolls

Collocating Conveyor: collect and transport kitchen rolls

Label feeder: insert label on the kitchen rolls

Shrink packing machine: pack kitchen rolls with POF film

The kitchen roll production line can do small and big rolls. The line can be customized according to requirements.
