Overview
TPB-R30 automatic toilet paper roll bundle packaging machine uses premade bags to pack toilet paper rolls and kitchen towel rolls. The max packing capacity is up to 22 packs per minute.
Features
- Adopts PLC and servo motor as the control and drive system.
- Toilet paper roll feeding, counting, picking up bags, opening bags, putting paper roll into bags and sealing are all automated.
- Monitor the presence of bags and paper rolls to prevent operation without bags or paper rolls.
- Adopts constant temperature heating for sealing, suitable for different packaging material.
- Double storage racks for premade bags.
- Reliable and stable bag taking unit adopts servo control system.
